Aliste Boutique; Refund and Exchange policy

General

* Items purchased online can be exchanged via post or in-store. Exchange or credit notes must be within 14days, from day of purchase.

* Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store and not via post.

* Shipping costs will not be refunded, if other items listed on the invoice are not being exchanged.

Change of mind

If you change your mind with regards to the product you have purchased with us, Aliste boutique will exchange or give a credit note subject to the following conditions;

* It is within the 14 day period for an exchange or credit note

* Must have proof of purchase

* Tags still attached

* In original condition

You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to us including conversion and/or local or international taxes.

Faulty

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation, which may include; refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

If items exceed a three-month period, then it will be classified as wear and tear.
